6700T overclock - Too much voltage?

I've managed to overclock my 6700T, but I was thinking if 1.42v is too much voltage for a 4.4GHz overclock.

and stress-testing, it drops to 1.36 (in cpu-z). If I raise the clock more, I get blue screens (clock watchdog). My question is, is it safe for 24/7 use?
