Trying to OC my i5 6500 but will not go pass the base clock. Can someone help?

System Model: Z170MX-Gaming 5

Processor: Intel® Core i5-6500 CPU @ 3.20GHz (4 CPUs), ~3.2GHz

Memory: 16384MB RAM

GPU: Gigabyte G1 GTX 1070 8GB VRAM
