If you use enough i-rams/ssd'd then it will be poss... Using XP will dent the score thou + there is no validation link or score break down visable in the screen shot so its hard to tell.

 

I can score 16.5k using an E2180@3.8ghz, so im gonna say its valid.

My guess is a ram drive based on the users desktop. Report it and we'll ask for an ORB link to verify.
