No bent pins or such, can send you images of the socket, if needed. No warranty. RAM goes with original box. Fully working. I think that Corsair haves lifetime warranty on this ones. Can send two 2 i7 920's, one D0 and other C0, for free, if you want too. Price:300€ (euros) shipped Located in Portugal, which belongs to Europe.
