PKKShadow - A55BM-E @ 141.9MHz - 141.93 MHz Reference Frequency

I believe 141 is the wall for this board+cpu. Applying above 141 bus speed applies in bios, but when windows loads, it doesn't apply and is stuck at 141.93.
