Error in submitting result and an offer for moderators

This result is submitted to AGP card's page instead of PCI-E one. For the first sight the problem is very simple and could be solved using "Report entry" button. But it's unactive due to previous moderator's appoving (connected with other type of claim). So i have an offer: maybe "Report" bell should never become gray because there often can be more than one problem with the result?
