The chip is from aerotracks. Currently the IHS is glued with silicone again and there is Grizzly Liquide Metal between Die and IHS. The chip has a very good IMC and goes exceptionally well on the mesh. On the X299 OCF I was able to realize 3600MHz mesh for benching. 24/7 the chip ran 5000MHz 1.285V R23 stable with 3500MHz mesh at 1.20V IO and 1.19V mesh voltage, and Ram 4000MHz C18 22-22-36 1T. If desired, I also remove the IHS again and remove the liguide metal for LN2 sessions. The chip ran well cooled for three years. Core-Vids and core temperatures are nice and close, like on day one.
