6800xt and red bios editor

Have anyone succeeded to alter the max frequency OR the max voltage for 6800xt with the red bios editor?
My max frequency is set to 2577MHz in the bios (when looking at it with mpt), and as it happens.. that is exactly how far it goes with stress tests or benches without crashing.
Is it just a fluke that the max my card will go, is the same as what is set in bios for the max fq, or could it be locked to it in bios?

The card is Power Color Red Devil 6800xt
