@voivoDpl I'm on a Noctua NH-D15, with 5 intake fans to my case 120mm each, and 3 exhaust fans 140mm each. The 13900ks is restricted to 300W in XTU. As long as its not above 300W the Noctua holds the temp to max around 90.
