The CPU is cooled by an NH-D15, and somehow the motherboard thinks it's only pulling less than 2 watts from the socket, which is kinda funny. Thermal paste under the CPU heatsink (later tried liquid metal, but not of significant help). RAM is some cheapo Samsung OEM 8Gb E-Die kit, which doesn't clock well nor does it time well, but considering it's 60 USD for 64 GB of RAM, I'm not gonna complain too much. 24/7-able settings after changing a few sub timings.
