whats wrong with the board? what happened?

Board was just randomly crashing... would reset during windows boot, installing 3dmak, waiting for Afterburner to start up, or after a test... Made it through most of the tests though if it made it through the loading.

I think it didn't like cold but not sure I may have just got a bad sample. :(
