你可以开双核三核，但一定要关超线程，超线程降低不了单核占用，热还吃电压，你不需要动电压应该就可以直接到5.7了，另外核心电压要越过1.6V的时候把VRin拉起来，让VRin时刻保持比核心电压高0.2-0.4V（鉴于你现在CPUz软显1.6V+88度的存档温度，暂时不建议加太多）。
