Sorry for the first post in the wrong format. I noticed it was ignored... hope this is correct

    Does anyone have any idea how long I should wait before I email someone about my request... several request have been added that came in after mine even some from the 28th?

    the reason why it wasn't added is because you didn't submit in the "helcenter" http://www.hwbot.org/forum/helpcenter.php but directly in the "support tickets" here in the forums. ;)

     

    i often only look in the "helpcenter" for new tickets to be made, so i didn't saw your request. ;)

     

    but anyway i added it now. :)
