the reason why it wasn't added is because you didn't submit in the "helcenter" http://www.hwbot.org/forum/helpcenter.php but directly in the "support tickets" here in the forums.

 

i often only look in the "helpcenter" for new tickets to be made, so i didn't saw your request.
