As I know when a rule made every submission has to obey them , yes ?

 

I don't want to say their results are fake or ... because their true but as i know ANY 3DMark06 Top 5 Submission needs ORB Link and in GTX 260 216 i see many peoples don't have this Link and their results are here !

 

Maybe in any other sections you could see this and they don't have ORB link but they submission not rejeceted .
