in General overclocking

Could someone recommend me some settings for me to overclock. I'm on air cooling , using the Venomous X with 2 Scythe S-Flex Gs. I've read many other guides but none using 1866mhz rams. I would like to know if i can overclock to 4Ghz and above.

 

Here's what I'm using.

Processor: Intel i7 930

Motherboard: EVGA X58 SLI LE

Rams: Team Xtreem 1866mhz CL9

Cooler: Venomous X + 2 SFlex Gs.

 

The pros out there , could recommend me some settings ;x.
