I would also like to know how to complete this w/ the GV-R797OC-3GD.

I CAN flash a R797TO bios to my card and boot it, but haven't dared try with this new Overclock rom and w/o the resistor.

 

I have Rev2.1, I haven't looked yet but I'm sure the PCB is the same and the resistor to be removed is in the same location, just as Moose is claiming.

 

Sucks being locked at 1.17 volts!

 

Is anyone able to mod a OC Overclock bios (such as the F72) for us that removes all the protections for full voltage range on these cards?? (seems to be only diff between the two TO Overclock Bioses).

I get now Rev 2.1 too...Its an differened PCB:( All is locked, the only way to get more volts is to flash an GHz Bios(1.26V) but card is fully crappy, only 1180 Core lol:p

Please help me... i have GV-R797TO-3GD rev 2.1 and all locked... please Q_Q

I have the original bios F62 1100/1500 1256mV ... what's your bios?

With original bios i can 1150/1600 max ... but i want 1200/1600
