The Athlon II X2 250u and 260u processors were released with in the last few months, but only to OEMs to use in Thin Client computers, however I managed to nab one off eBay. They run 1.6GHz and 1.8GHz respectively at a very low voltage (1.05v) and TDP. They are just a detuned Regor CPU, so they aren\'t really anything special, except for the fact that they are locked at 8x CPU multiplier :\\ I\'ve added the info on Wikipedia and you can find it on AMD\'s CPU Product Directory page as well. If you need a link to the latter, I can dig it up :) Thanks!
