Your darn right it is. What proof you want? Also is your Rig running non chilled water, cause looks like chilled in the pic. Wait till I have more time and run it again at 4.15 lol ;).

 

Edit: Your NB is running at 2484Mhz, mine is at 2870Mhz. Also not sure if it makes a difference but your Ram timings are 7-7-7-24-41-1T@828Mhz, mine are 6-6-6-18-24-1T@683Mhz...
