Is it a bug of calculate HWBOINTs when someone submit wrong score?

I observed these happening when someone enter wrong submission, e.g. SUPERPI 32M 0m0s, it will be WR immediately, so the we will be deducted HWBOINT, both Global and Hardware!

But after moderator altered that, the submission will be deleted, our rank will be changed back to original places. However, the HWBOINT counted back is less than that has been deducted.

So I/others always find my Points always decrease slowly in conjuction of this issue!
