Are you sure that the gpu-z is bugged? I had the same problem. Why your AM3 it's with CFX enabled?

We didn't recognized it before submit. We sure It's a bug because we ran all tests (Aqua,2001,05) back to back and tandem, plus score is ok for frequency and configuration.
