Asking for HWBOT help

Maybe someone from you can help me to solve a problem.

 

I am looking for someone from MSI lots of time, also sent, since jun 2, several e-mails to 5 people from MSI Team, and they never replied.

Hello MSI Team!

I was the winner of MSI Challenge at Hwbot, as below (you can check e-mail below):

And MSI sent me the videocard MSI 7970 Lightning Boost Edition as prize to be winner.

I don't know why, but the videocard show artifacts.

The card never was overclocked, and almost never used.

I also don't know why it happens, but you can check completely the card and you can be sure the card never was overclocked... is completely like brand new.

After few minutes working, card start to show artifacts, even changed drivers, thermal grease and so on.

I would your help to change the card.

 

 

But no contact from MSI.

I will appreciate any help, since HWBOT was together in the competition, maybe somebody there can inform them.
