July 19, 201015 yr Any 890GPA-UD3H owners out there ? Notice a MHZ limit on the ram ? I cant get my ram much over 900/1800mhz , as soon as it goes over 1800mhz speed I get the blue screen of death .. Now I can run 7-8-7-18-25 all the way up to 900/1800 , and even with relaxed timings the result is the same once I go over 900/1800 .. Now Ive used 2 different brands of ram , and the same result , just wont go over 1800mhz . I contacted Gigabyte , and they told me its my RAM ?? [ Pish - posh ] I think its the BIOS , the web site sais the board does not support ram over 1800mhz , but to affect overclocks ?
