matthew3041230 Posted October 20, 2013 Share Posted October 20, 2013 Guys I have extremely low idle temps. I am running a delidded 4770K with IC Diamond 24 Karat on the die. Lapped the bottom of the water block and I have averaged about 27C idle temp. Under load at 4.9Ghz, on water alone I am peaking around 80-84. I swear by this product.. I was cautious because of rumors of scratching or garbage like that.. I can attest there are NO scarring, removal or damage to either the Die itself or the laser etching on the IHS.
