Can the P8Z77-V LK or P8Z77 LX can OC a 3770 Non-k ?

 

I saw that asrock z77 extreme4 as an option for the non-k going to 4.3Mhz with 4 cores with the FSB staying at 100.

 

Can Asus board do something similar?
