Thank you TheOcelot the setting of my GD80 is Vcore 1.65V Vtt 1.35V. The memory has lowered the clock. should? decrease the load of the memory,Or, it might be also good to lower the magnification of uncore. Only the main portion is touched from default though it doesn't remember because a detailed setting doesn't have 1156 CPU now.

 

I'm sorry, it is glad though I cannot be good at English and speak by the high school student in Japan if it is possible to become your help.
