here you have already checked bios, modded by p4spooky, it's working for me but gigabyte results are a bit better

write back is standard option in RAID ROM for probably any 990FX board except ASUS, tests made on 990FXA-UD5 rev 1.0 ( so no LLC ) bios F6 and 2x M4 64GB fw 0309

Both wprime scores were unblocked. Sorry for that but submitting scores using older versions of wprime than 2.0 were unable from some time. Possible that it's working for some users. Seems like yes because like you noticed there are more scores like that.

Please add screenshot to all new wprime scores so it won't be problem with verification in future.
