Interesting choice in CPU! Did you use something different for Gen Usage? This is the best Gen Usage I have seen from you yet! Impressive.
Better os config

I have another x5687 that looks like it might be better than this one
-
Still though - 64 threads!

Just gotta get yourself a similar job. Not like he's buying all these rigs to bench them.
FWIW, it doesn't bother me at all, and I think if the points are easy then people should go for them.
+1

^^ pcm05 app will not send the .pcr file - I don't know why - is there a place to send troublesome .pcr files?
-
thanks Mr. Dinos!

iometer works well in most setups but not all - 1x sempron and 2x e86 come to mind as erratic. iometer takes time to learn but its the best I have found for xpstartup limiting (so far).

Same here - this shouldn't be submitted as 8x cpu - would this be legal for 10x cpu??

^^ it works for me 99% of the time, occassionally it doesn't but that is the exception. - what OS? I can comfirm Bob's tweak works in both W7x64 and vistax64. I think Bob said it does not work in W8.

All right! Good to see you poping up on the front page again! Well done!

Try the hacked onboard but the problem with virus scan is you have 4 threads of work for one core - tough problem.
-
Both xpstartup and HDD genuse are too high
-
i wanna see you to control 2 cpu's on ln2 maybe and GPU if you are very fast
and the same time xp start up or transparent windows...
Mr. Pro has done this sort of thing - I doubt I could!

Much thanks Mr. Pro - you are one of the PCMark pioneers right there with Mr. Dinos111. Much thanks to the pioneers!

Thanks guys! Boot drive was an old slow laptop drive, pcm05 executed from iodrive with hdd target = areca 1880/15xR0 acard9010. storage is not very optimized - should have much higher for the h/w I am using.

Excellent score! Well done!
