1. Humm guys,

    Separating 'leagues can be ok but it'll be at the 'appreciation of each OCer..'

    But this is not the main point I wanna talk about.

    As more and more of us can got hardware from different ways, sometimes buying it, sometimes as gift from company, sometimes it's just press samples...

    Why not making a check box near each components like "This hardware is sponsored"or anythink else that you'll check if you got the Hardware in hand from a company ?

    You can leave the ranking with everyone (hwboint leaguer / non hwboint leaguers etc.) end see who is sponsored or not... :)

    Doing this 'by hardware part' make much more sense than a global 'sponsored account' because sometimes I use my own hardware and just the memory is not really mine (press sample but for a long long long time ;))

    :/

  2. Ticket ID: 53

    Priority: High

    Hey guys,\r\n\r\nI think you know now that Overclocking-masters changed its name to UFHwbot that is a multiple site team.\r\n\r\nSo here are the list of change that should be made : \r\n\r\n* Remove the OCM banner top of the team page and replace it with this one :\r\nhttp://www.syndrome-oc.net/ufhwbot/team-banner.jpg\r\n\r\n* Remove the 2 forum configured right now (2 time ufhwbot.com) (I haven\'t find the option to remove a fora...)\r\n\r\n* and... hummm that\'s all for now !

  3. No that's not cheat ;) I was very impressed with that so high score when Black send to me the screenshots...

    After his first score was removed, he make it again with a 20~ difference between both.

    This is the systems : http://www.hiboox.com/lang-fr/resultat.php?img=0l8rf2ni.jpg

    It's look crappy I know...

    I know also his score is very high but this appear to becom from a Cgraphic card "issues" I don't really know how are the memory timing on this GC... I don't know how high are the shader...

    So all his actual score for that 8600GT Fatal1ty XFX are in SINGLE !! no SLI... Have you seen SLI system on the screenshot ? :/

    Massman, I know how it's difficult to moderate all that scores and I really want to help you to understand this score ^^ Now he'll try again to get his system running and validate it on ORB :)

    Bye (I won't have internet connection until tonight.)

  4. Yeah :D I love it !!!!

    in team ranking -->

    <team id="100">

    OC Forums

    </team>

    this should be better between benchmarks and ranking cause we request for this specific team and it's just here to ensure right team :D

    --> you'll get a smaller file size also !

    in last xml examaple : team ranking :

    XtremeSystems

    <team id="xx">

    XtremeSystems

    </team>

    in member hall of fame :

    name

    should be replaced by :

    <user id="5533">

    name

    </user>

    cause you've used user element in other xml files :)

    Nice to share my opinion with you Fred ! \o/

  5. Yeah thanks Fred to added this :)

    jmke --> this won't be worst that read and parse the complete html page \o/

    I suggest to change some "vocabulary" :

    In team.xml -->

    datecreated --> creationdate

    datejoined --> joindate

    And in :

    <rank>

    -

    <today rank="113" hwboints="206.40" results="37" />

    </rank>

    --> summary is useless if you don't want to added something in rank element \o/

    in member.xml same remarks :

    datecreated --> creationdate

    datejoined --> joindate

    in result element :

    --> user id is useless we are in the user.xml file only userid supplied in argument read :)

    maybe a parent element called <results> will be good to group <result> child !

    I think that someone with more than 100+ results, the xml file will be "enormous".

    Why don't make a member.xml?userId=xxx that return all info whitout results !

    and a member.xml?userId=xxx&details=on that will output the complete xml file ?

    EDIT : Will this be possible for hwboint hall of fame or member hall of fame ?

  6. Hey guys !

    An other feature that we've speak with some guys @ Syndrome-OC...

    Why not create a ranking with the country of each clockers ?

    I'll explain why I speak about this :

    - Lot of users join teams that is "international" teams, the best example is XS ;), you can find all the country in that team !

    - We 'seen appearing some bench team like OCTF and OCTBE for example...

    - With this ranking we can easily compare where come from the best overclockers, what is the country where the Overclocking is a "National" sports, or have stats Per country and not only per team !

    So, just added a line on the registration form with all the country name --> everyone choose its country and ranking will be calculated with this information ?

    Same stats that the team ranking :

    Hall of Fame :: Country

    Position country total-hwboint total-users total-submitted-scores best Clockers

    1st XXXXXX XXXXX xxx xxxxx XXXXXXX

    Let us know what you think about this :!
