I like to share my benching room with all of you. 1,5m x 1,5m concrete windowless box. In this room, your scores are 1,5x more valuable automatically.

I can send you this Pieter! This is cost effective and cool device for ln2 use. If you like to brag about your resources, I can try to find 5ml version.

OCP mod is very easy. Just connect the OCP pads from the other side of the card and you are done. Vpll, VGPU, Vmem are all adjustable with GPUTweak program. You don't need to do any of these mods, if you don't want to. I usually do mods, cause it is actually easier to bench that way and there is no drop in voltage after crash etc. I can check the mods, if someone really needs them. -
WHATS UP WITH 3d11!!??
SF3D replied to k|ngp|n's topic in HWBOT Development: bugs, features and suggestions
Perfect info on this post. Thanks! If there is any chance, could you test hwbot heaven xpreset Just for the interest.. I have not that much to say on this 3dmark11 thing, but for sure it is a great benchmark. Mainly because it is short and heavy, but not because it would add something to the existing benchmarks. -

Vmods for this card. You can still add more VGPU with + and - buttons if you use this. Flash Matrix cold slow bios or DCII cold slow bios. (DCII bios + smartdoctor works well) -
That is completely ridiculous and I love it! I really have to say nice hardware!

Check this short part of video. It is in Finnish, but you will get the idea for sure -
Hi! I dont have much to say about this card yet, so here are the pictures of it first. I have been testing the card on aircooling and it is very silent in normal operation. It is the most extreme VGA from asus, so it is not ment to be used with aircooling anyway. Ln2 test are coming in some point, if I have time.

It was still shamino who send these samples. Saaya came in when X58 was getting closer. But I guess it would be best 790i ever made, if there would be Sascha's name on it
-
The board works like a charm. My pentium 4 661 hit 5Ghz at 1.44v and 5.4GHz at 1.5V. I think that 790i chipset was showing it's best part when fsb went a bit over 300 Now I do remember why I throw some of these boards in to junk box. Well.. this is a historical motherboard, cause so few was ever made. I will keep this as a trohpy or something.

I was cleaning our carage last weekend and I was going to throw a box named "junk" to trash bin. I decided to check what was inside just to be sure. There was multiple motherboards inside which were all dead or damaged. There was also this beauty inside. Foxconn Dreadnought 790SLI There is some nice memories attached to this board and I decided to give it a try. Booted and working just like new! Cool! Now I need to figure out what I will do with it

Nice event! I like tones, it seems to be very similar to Jimm's where I work.

I think GTX 285 was free from these cold issues. I did my last 3dm01 + E8600 runs with ASUS GTX 285 and it was ok up to -160C. Still missing those GTX295 bios files, but maybe someone else can post them here.
-
Hehe..actually I forgot that this fixed bios existed for 4890's Flash procedure for 9800GX2: Nvflash -4 -5 -6 -i1 9gx1.rom Nvflash -4 -5 -6 -i2 9gx2.rom Nvflash -4 -5 -6 -i0 9gxsli.rom I am trying to find GTX 295 bios files, but they are hiding somewhere...
-
Here is 4870X2 bios files. Can not remember what these did, but it was something voltage and oc limit related. http://sf3d.pp.fi/4870x2.rar
-
Sam, you must mean this PLL divider fixed bios we developed with ati: http://sf3d.pp.fi/4890FIX.bin There was some people who never believed it, but it worked
-
Here is some older ones, if someone still need them http://sf3d.pp.fi/9800gx2.rar I will try to find some more of these old ones, which were totally not accepted to share back then.
