Scores submitted with AMD Bobcats - small and lower power but true APUs like E-350 and E-450 (soldered socket on the motherboard - BGA413) are allowed?

Actually, I took a look at CPU database

Why I can't make submission in stage 6 with E-350(zacate) APU.

It is Socket FT1 BGA like E1-1200 'Zacate'. Am I missing something ?
