Since the event at Computex was quite a success we should be looking in to something we can do in Europe for more people
How many people were at the computex one? Just curious as I'd imagine there would be even more at the europe one.

Micro XP shouldn't make a difference, just make sure your file has a .CVF at the end of it and it should validate. I've used Micro XP a few times in the past to do CPU-Z scores.

Hahaha this is genuinely hilarious. Someone please delete this jokers submission and just get it over with. All the real time priority and BIOS tweaking in the world isn't going to net you a 100% increase in scores

does look suspicious it has to be said, I don't see why a ramdisk or the amount of ram you've used would make such a difference for this benchmark. I'll be testing out this benchmark with my i3 550 tonight so I'll see if there really is any difference to be had.

Yeah just done the maths and I think you should have around 507.8 points so you're right it hasn't updated for you.

It takes a while to update and isn't instant. I think it updates last thing at night or something like that.

Not too shabby, don't know if you can run HT at those speeds but I believe that the CPU benchmark can still take advantage of the extra cores so that might help the result a little.
Other than that a few more MHz on the card and you'll be good to go

Same here, one core is better. I think my cascade drops to about -86 att full load with this CPU. It seems that it likes temps under -90 because it´s totally stable when in idle and in singel threaded benchmarks below -90 but get unstable when temps rise above that.
Will give it another try with Vista if I can find the install disc but first I´ll have to get some LN2 and break 5ghz.
I have a copy of a custom vista if you want me to send you an ISO tonight?
But interesting that it doesn't seem to like going below -90.

I found when testing my E2160 that one core was much more stable than another, I'm sure this is the case here which is why he can run the single threaded test at a higher freq.
On a side note what sort of temp does your cascade go down to? I only ask because I believe these CPUs cold bug around -110c on average.

Have you tried changing the sensor setting for CPU-Z to 0?? I was having all sorts of issues until I did that.
