    Under load, it shows correctly, i.e. 4402MHz.

    I set it to 4375MHz CPU and 100.625 BCLK. HWInfo reports it correctly, but somehow, CPU-Z clocks keep fluctuating. One moment it is 4408 and the other it is 4395. I don't know what is happening. I turned spread spectrum off in the BIOS. The same happened with the y-cruncher benchmark.
