I notice that my 2080 Ti's clockspeeds will fluctuate in 21MHz only. No matter what temperature, voltage, or GPU load, the core clock always changes in 21MHz increments. Does this mean that if I am applying an offset OC to the core clock, there's no point in going in +/- 1MHz, I should just decrease the offset by 21MHz until I am stable?
