I would like to add the two first bios for the z690i unify aren't working, v111 and v122. Retail v124 bios isn't working either, only the modded v124 from skullbringer is bclk oc capable for H0 chips only.

Yup bclk OC is bugged when you restart. OC failed -> bios -> restart OK. Try to enable GO2BIOS. It's working a bit better with it on for me. MSI is already working on it according to skullbringer.

I have the same issue with the z690i unify. The board is capable but the bios isn't ready.
