Cheers for that! I will do it early in the new year and start going through some of these http://www.oj0.co.za/cpus

+1 for that, respect also goes a long way
And thanks, I wonder if this will be one of the freak boards that does 285MHz+ with the mod and cold The 265MHz was on air, and as it was an evening in July, which is our winter, I'd say ambient temperatures were around 10'c.
OH SNAP, maybe I should post the validation http://valid.x86-secret.com/show_oc.php?id=391327

I already figured you did, by looking at some of your entries. You truly are a "hardware king".
I have a fair amount myself.
I know you don't see eye to eye with me, but I can't find the VDD mod anywhere Please share it with me? All the posts I find at XS, etc, lead to the defunct motherboardfaqs

That's one hell of an NF7 ... mine only did upto 215 with Abit bios and 255 with merlin/tictac bios.
Here's a 265MHz validation, 270MHz was do-able but not validation stable
-
If it works on i7, it doesn't on K10. And i'm not even sure the right option is avaliable either.
I'm just saying, perhaps he has found the Intel equivalent? And yes, that option is available in most BIOSes, I'll drop you a message at the forums in a mo.

Knobflerbruce and I know a tweak which adds 10% efficiency, perhaps hicookie knows it too
-
Why can yours do profiles but my NF3 250UT can't? And yeah, it's an awesome board. I haven't got any personal experience but I've seen them in use. My Abit NF7-s can compete though, 270MHz without mods

I love the over 2v action
I can't believe that the old E8600 is about to hit 200k in 03
-
That has already been done - non bugged
-
If you change the resolution you invalidate all old runs.

Hi guys, I've just built a machine for a customer and I'd like to do a quick set of benchies on air. I have unlocked it to a quad core (Phenom X3 720 BE), am I allowed to post results under the Phenom X3 720 Black Edition category?

What about AM3? AF is on for a default run, and if you force it to off in the drivers you won't be able to tell
-
Aren't AA and AF also PP? And Massman, the only person with * in his name that I know of is chew*, are you trying to say something? J/K
Regarding AA and AF?

BUMP, there are still two categories
-
What are the differences between the two? I'm not sure where to put this
-
All those old cpus are with unlocked multi. You probably have jumpers or switches on your mbo to set proper fsb and multi.
The Pentium 133 was locked
-
Hahaha, I PM'd Massman about this a few months back
-
So I'm not the only one with this problem I want the hwbot expanded signature

Note that no CPU is in two pictures
And they'll all be tested HARD after summer
