I wanted to try this, together with my new ATI FireGL X1 256 AGP Pro GPU, but even before the BIOS, the card only produced weird moving artifacts.
Looked like a clear sign of defective GPU to me, so I told the seller, he sent me another one (and it IS another one, I have the first one still here) and it produces the exact same moving artifacts instead of proper video output, I recorded it for the video.
So now I am wondering - the A7N8X-E Deluxe *does* have AGP Pro support, it even says so in the manual, so why does this happen with 2 different cards of the same model?
I was sure it must be a hardware defect, since this happens before any software is loaded, but the exact same symptoms with 2 cards?
Meanwhile, with a Geforce 6600 or Radeon 9600 Pro AGP 8X, it works just fine.
Sorry if this is a bit off topic, but the AGP pro bit should be kind of a strong point of the board, with FireGL cards being Radeon 9700 or 9800 cards for a fraction of the cost and with twice the amount of RAM.
