Does this MB have an external clock generator? If not, it's most likely showing the Manual option because he is using a 12600KF. I imagine once you install a Non K CPU that option goes away like on the Z690-G Strix MB.

I have one of these and it unfortunately does not. Neither does the ROG STRIX B660-A GAMING WIFI D4 which is what I was shipped first instead of the B660-I. I have also tested the ROG STRIX Z690-G GAMING WIFI and it does not work either. I have a B660-G on the way from Germany, however it's been stuck in the Netherlands for almost a week now.
