  1. I thought we already established that a more suitable board for overclockers doesn't necessarily have to be 'oc dedicated', but can be build for multiple markets. Just not the gaming market.
  2. Just jumping to conclusions based on the pictures scattered over the web. I see 7.1 audio and can't see any sign of PS/2.
  3. Yes, of course. I didn't take a day off to just test cpus and go home again
  4. Classified has the same amount of useless features on board ...
  5. I can't understand how hardware vendors can justify making 184 boring variants and not have the balls to make just 1 board that has high-end PWM components, decent bios and basic amount of features. Well ... I can. They want overclockers to pay too much for the basic stuff they want.
  6. Updated list: 184 boards.
  7. Re-hosted these two BIOSes. Can anyone provide any feedback on the version and whether or not there's PLL override available? - P67A-GD80 (A0O): http://91.121.148.119/downloads/BIOS/E7672IMS.A0O - P67A-GD80 (A0E): http://91.121.148.119/downloads/BIOS/E7672IMS.A0E
  8. Thanks, but you posted one link twice (I think A0Q is missing). Any idea on the actual bios version? With the other bioses it's easy to understand, but with these ... A0Q?
  9. Updated opening post. Counter: - 87 different steppings - 273 reported chips
  10. Excellent question ... quite difficult response as far as I understood the answer they gave me to this question on CeBIT. If I remember correctly, they let the local offices decide whether to give warranty or not. It's quite a difficult topic ... I suppose they will await the RMA rate of the X58A-OC and make decisions for future OC boards based on those results.
  11. Oh, can you re-host them (so I can re-host them)? I'm only regged at the German MSI forum ...
  12. I DO NOT SELL ANY OF THESE CPUS. I WAS JUST GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY TO TEST CHIPS. 13. Can you send me the link of the thread? I can't find them at all
  14. Oh, you have comparisons? I saw Kingpin's scores on the Evga board and on first sight they looked quite alright as well.
  15. Yes, sorry, that a bug. When one of the scores drops, you'll have your points back.
  16. Not shitting you guys ... this is real
  17. Doh! Will talk with MSI tomorrow

  19. Does it have PLL override? Maybe it's always enabled and just not available as option? Can you clock your chip >5GHz? Thanks! Any word on the GD80 or Marshall BIOSes?
  20. I agree. Stop making screenshots from the 80's. 8-bit is gone forever, deal with it.
  21. As always, I used the random.org website to do the lucky draw. I also covered up the results while pressing a random amount of 'again!'.
