  1. Ticket ID: 116 Priority: Low GeForce mx4000 64bit already exists on hwbot but the 32bit version doensn\'t exist on hwbot so please add it, thanks.\r\n\r\ngpu-z screenshot link\r\nhttp://img524.imageshack.us/my.php?image=mx400032bit64mbdi9.jpg
  2. k6-2+ 570mhz version 1.53 - 441.184 version 1.55 - 528.781 version 2.00 - 353.238 version 2.00 beta 1 - 382.79 version 2.00 beta 1 is more closer to the 1.53 than the version 2.00 beta but it's still booming way faster than version 1.53
  3. Were i found the biggest differences on timings where on amd k6 machines so i've tested version 1.53 1.55 and 2.00 on a stock amd k6-2+ 570mhz to see the differences. - version 1.53 - 441.184 version 1.55 - 528.781 version 2.00 - 353.238 - image - http://img187.imageshack.us/my.php?image=wprimeversionsperformanxn7.jpg The version 2.00 didn't detected the cpu as it should but version 1.53 and 1.55 did that perfectly - image - http://img87.imageshack.us/my.php?image=wprimeversionshardwaredqk3.jpg As we all can see the overall look of wprime 2.00 it's much more attractive than it's older fellas - image - http://img529.imageshack.us/my.php?image=wprimeversionsappearancpf6.jpg As many people know the old hardware like k6 processor based machines isn't known by making very accurate scores BUT this version of wprime is a little bit more accurate than the others but all of them showed a maximum variation on timings of 0.075% wich is very impressive considering that SuperPi sometimes give me a 0.25% variation under the same conditions. Overall evaluation - If this wPrime version identified the CPU as it should it would deserve a 110% approval by me but it doesn't, so i give it only 100% approval because wPrime was made to test the perfomance, not to detect CPU's, for that we have CPU-Z but if this small error gets corrected i think that this isn't just one more version of wPrime, i think this is THE VERSION of wPrime Thanks for making this new version and for the huge efforts to do it. Please let this version or an improved/corrected one be the official, you guys will be making the delights of many overclockers around here .
  4. Ticket ID: 106 Priority: Medium please add this processor to hwbot\'s list because i want to post some results i did with it. \r\nhere is the cpu-z screenshot http://img230.imageshack.us/my.php?image=k62570uh2.jpg\r\nthanks.
  5. i have an am486 dx4/120, it's pretty rare and it is probably working (it isn't on hwbot's list), i have to bench it some day . jmke, talking about processors that aren't on the list, i have a k6-2+ 570 and a celeron 566 that aren't on the hwbot's list so i can't post his results, who should i contact to add this cpu's?
  6. any 486dx runs smooth windows 98SE i know by experience, i've installed the Windows XP Sp3 on an overclocked k5 pr133 @ 112.5mhz it was very slow on all the tasks but when i've adjusted it for best performance it was only a bit slow to boot but pretty fast after that and the calculation tests ran better with XP installed. maybe a 486dx with a 64+ mb memory runs well tinyXP, you should try.
  7. i dont need answers to this now, i've found the problem, just a file copy problem. thanks
  8. i'm benching old hardware and i did a good result on cpu-z but when i want to submit the following error message appears (i was using version 1.46): File cpuz_8.cvf upload : OK Checksum Computed : OK Checksum Validated : YES Warning: Division by zero in /home/xsecret/www/valid/functions.inc.php on line 100 ERROR ! Your CPUZ Version is outdated. Please upgrade to CPU-Z 1.47+ (now available on http://www.cpuid.com) when i saw this i updated to version 1.47 and i made the validation file with it but the same thing happens, help please... thanks
  9. thanks, how many time the results take are used to take to be moderated?
  10. one more question and i hope somebody answer me. how can i know if an entry that i've reported has been checked by the result moderator and he didn't blocked or corrected it ?
  11. i agree i have the exact same problem with wprime, i cant beat scores of older versions of wprime with the wprime 1.55. i think i have some ideas that i can suggest to the hwbot staff if they are interested to solve problems like this one on cpu-z and the wprime too, it gives a bit more work to the hwbot staff to put this on practise and i know that probably the staff is already too occupied but if the staff wants a solution for this i can tell my idea. i think that for the overclocking community it's very frustrating to have this kind of problems that leave the old scores unbeatable even if they do better and and i know it well the people that posts new scores should have the same rights as the people that posted older scores, that's what i think...
  12. simple questions i think what is the average time that a reported entry takes to be seen (and corrected or blocked if necessary) by the hwbot staff ? - i'm asking this because i reported an entry 3 or 4 days ago and until now nothing happened so i want to know how much time i have to wait until the false result is blocked or corrected somehow.
  13. Thank you people for your attention and i hope like many of you that this issue its going to be solved because this way wprime test to me it's just dead, unfortunately it's my second favourite benchmark (the first it's super pi ) but life it's like this... thanks for the answers guys and keep up
  14. i am just exposing my problem because i don't want to break the rules, please understand me and, if you guys can, tell me what to do about this, i had made a better score than the other guy and i don't want to leave this situation like this, i deserve that gold cup and i have no fault in wanting to have it, if this happens with some of you, you will probably not be happy about it.
  15. yes i agree, a benching website made for the benching community cannot leave one benchmark ''unbenchable'', this is a huge problem, if one guy can post his score with version 1.53 and now we have to use version 1.55 this score will be untouchable, it's just not fair, i think everybody deserves the same rights here on hwbot dont you agree? i agree with hwbot rules and for me its the best website made for the benchers ever created, one thing that i simply loved in hwbot and much more people that i know and convinced me to join hwbot was the fact that you don't have to bench TOP hardware to move up in the ranks, but this rule was made completely against that because this version alteration don't have the same impact on old hardware as on new hardware. if a guy beats a record with version 1.53 we can only have a ''fair benching battle'' if we can use the same things as him to bench. the wprime versions are not compatible and everibody knows that, on an 800sec calculation the 1.53 gives me about 200sec less and i can't recover from such a HUGE difference.
  16. with who of hwbot crew i can talk directly about this? something have to be made by my point of view, this is very unfair to everybody that is on the same situation but haven't reported it or haven't noticed it
  17. just one observation - the guy that i passed with wprime 1.53 have the 1st place and a gold cup and he used wprime 1.53 too ok? in this situation this is cheating? when the user that i am talking about posted his score the version 1.55 of wprime wasnt the adopted hwbot version. this is the hole on hwbot wprime specific rule. imagine that in 1 day wprime 1.53 is a mandatory version and in the 2nd day the 1.55 is the mandatory version, the 1.55 is slower than the 1.53, SO I CAN'T PASS A WORSE 1.53 SCORE POSTED ON DAY ONE USING 1.53 ON DAY TWO BECAUSE ITS MANDATORY TO USE A SLOWER PROGRAM (1.55), SO THIS WAY ON WPRIME CATEGORY SOME SCORES WILL BE UNTOUCHABLE FOREVER. had you understanded the problem now? i just see this maners of resolving this problem: 1-let the wprime scores be passed by higher scores using the same version of wprime 2-delete all scores of wprime that wasn't made with version 1.55
  18. Hello, i've registered yesterday on hwbot and i have lots of old hardware that i decided to bench with but something ruined that and i will explain what happened. i started to bench a k6-2 333mhz and i obtained this scores : --- wPrime 32m version 1.55 - 801,874 seconds --- wPrime 32m version 1.53 - 588,064 seconds on the k6-2 333mhz wPrime 32m test who is in the 1st place with 682,631 seconds had used wPrime version 1.53 the wPrime specific rules say that it's mandatory to use ONLY the wPrime version 1.55 but the hwbot user that i'm talking about submitted his score before the implementation of this rule and probably before the release of the version 1.55 of wPrime my k6-2 333mhz it's running faster than his but if i submit the score with wprime 1.53 probably i will see my result deleted and if i submit the score with wPrime 1.55 i will probably be the last on the k6-2 333mhz category what should i do now? on this situations it shouldn't exist some kind of tolerance? this link proves what i'm saying : http://img374.imageshack.us/my.php?image=k62333wprime153vs155ao1.jpg Thanks.
