most of the people have reduced their turbo boost power max from 25W to 15W and decreased the turbo boost power time window from 64 seconds to 28 seconds to gain like a 11+ score. What does changing these options do exactly?...(I am new to OCing so sorry for the noob question). And is it safe to do? (especially for a laptop, My laptop's ASUS K451ln).
