yes, it works perfectly on the DFI UT P35 (tried on DK P45 T2RS Plus without problems)...

 

unfortunately, however, the UT P35 does not rise as much fsb (550MHz max), unlike the P45 (tried DK P45 Plus and P5Q3 Deluxe) with which you can easily take 600+... :)
