*1641 is 2x phase IC.. you modding VTT or something other than GPUv? Surely your PCB doesnt use 1641 for GPUv... ?!

up1641 it's for vgpu....i'm sure! for ram there is an up15xxx

could you post pic? .. also - what PCB rev# your card?

i get back the card.......now i have order another!

Pin 11 is FB pin Afaik it only has OVP.
