When I open XTU it shows what my processor speed and voltages are stock. Is this correct? I figured it would show my Chevy settings in the right side panel beside the stock settings.

Yes, if you go to profiles, or manual tuning , over on the right you see defaults , this is settings from bios , not necessarily stock settings , whatever you set there .

Then to far right of that (proposed ) would be settings or values you are running or going to run in XTU .
