Every block comes with 12 black screws and 12 plastic washers plus all the thermal pads for all the memory chips and vrm1 and 2 are installed , plus 2 EK-plugs G1/4. It comes in the original EK box that came in. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you will get. It has been rigorously tested and perfectly working 100% without leaks before shipping.
