There is 808 days left of transferable warranty through EVGA guest RMA as of March 18, 2016.

On air I was able to do multiple benchmark between 1480 and 1500 MHz and memory up to a maximum of 8400MHz.

With a waterblock (now sold) I was able to run between 1530MHz and 1550MHz.

Does include original box and accessories.
