whats the maximum safe voltage and power i can use if all i have is the stock cooling system? (can't even change out the stock thermal paste in favor of MX-4 because of a sticker on the screw)

 

also, is 1150 core/1550 mem a good OC for a card that has 980/1100 (i think?) stock?

and because iv OCed it is the warranty still good? or am i on my own if things go south?
