Hi. I've been meaning to ask for assistance with this for a while now. Using the link to "Customize your profile" does not allow me to fix it.

 

Any image URL I attempt to use results in the broken image, but even more problematic is that I cannot clear that field and eliminate the broken image by inserting nothing. If I save it with no image URL the last one I attempted to use reappears.

 

Here is my profile: Mr. Fox @ HWBOT
