PCIe overclocking

Featured Replies

Hi to all,

I'm new to this forum and have a question regarding PCIe overclocking.

Is it possible to OC the PCIe interface to increase speed for I/O between CPU and GPU?

Background:

I use my GPU mainly for simulation of protein folding for cancer research. (folding.standford.edu)

On related forum foldingforum.org it is stated regularly that calculation 'speed' is limited by PCIe speed.

Therefore it would be interesting to know how to OC PCIe speed.

Thanks for your help
