HWBOT Prime Not Recalculating properly

I have two submission that I re subbed and tried recalculating multiple times, I get the calculation for place but the points never show up the two so far are

 

Xeon E5520 and Xeon E5530

these are cpu's I subbed for in the past and am now rebenching. also when I submit the new scores it take upwards of maybe a day or two for the subs to actually recalculate, is that the norm?
